I Love You

As I sit here on this day, so different from what this day was 36 years ago. For on that day I said yes to just about the most important decision of my life. I had no idea what was in store. The ups the downs, the joys the sorrows, but through it all, today, I know it was one of the best yes’s I ever uttered, only second to saying yes to Jesus.

Some say it’s the no’s which we regret most.

But.

I’d say.

It’s the yes’s which impact us the most.

This has been my forever wonderful yes.

Have there been days in which I questioned my yes?

Yes, yes, of course!

Anyone who says otherwise is not being honest.

But.

Today.

On our 36th wedding anniversary, there is not another decision I can say I’m happier with.

And more proud of.

Over my last 36 years.

My dear husband, I love you more today than on the day I said yes.

Yes.

I’ll keep saying yes until death do us part.

I promise.

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY, thank you for loving me so well!
